Use of studio tools, up to 25 pounds of clay, all firings, and studio glazes are provided to each student.
Introduction to Ceramics for a maximum class of 3 students. We will learn the basics of hand building, wheel throwing, and glazing. We will look at the relationship of form and function and analyze what it is that we like in a vessel, and what we would prefer to change. Syllabus will be provided upon booking the class and discussion of group interests and desires.
Each class is two and a half hours long, clean up time included. Students may arrive early to set up or allow time for independent work.
