Please remember that hand made ceramics are a slow process. If I do not have your item on hand the wait time will be approximately 3 -12 weeks from start to finish, so plan ahead!

Return Policy: Returns are not accepted.
~In the case that items arrived to your home broken or damaged during shipment, the items will be replaced once the insurance claim has been filed with USPS, our shipment carrier.
~Exchanges may be made of equal value, given the original product is returned unused and in the same condition it left the studio. If exchanging by mail, all shipping, to and from the studio, will be paid for by the customer.
